Okay, I admit I occasionally eat honey because I hate bees..........okay, I really dislike them. I have had two incidences in my life where I was stung and they were not pleasant to say the least. I recently read bees are being treated inhumanely so I thought I would do a little research this morning on organic honey. Feel free to chime in with any comments you may have.
