A Jamaican born reggae rapper/DJ, as is Papa San, although their styles are quite different, but would seem very much alike to anyone who hasn't heard a lot of Jamaican music. Go to BlogMusik and search Shaggy to hear him. When you do you will probably find that you have heard him before.
