Absolutely. Nahhh...don't like the dude's hair. Yes, please do. If he gets the nomination it will result in the most thorough trouncing in the history of presidential elections. He'd be lucky to get 30%. He'd be the first vote I'd cast for a major party candidate for prez in years w/o holding my nose. One thing is for sure, the Dems have the presidency in the bag in 2008. In my view, Bush has ruined the prospects of another Repub. presidents for at least 2 elections cycles, especially the wingnut variety. One thing is for sure, the Dems have the presidency in the bag in 2008.That's just what Karl Rove's evil designs are leading you to believe. Beware, the trappings of deductive logic. When it comes to politics, it does not apply. Bush Sr. - among the highest approval rating in history, loses re-election. Also, Quite a dichotomy you in which you find yourself. Support for Kucinich and surety of a Democratic win in ' 08. That's the type of thinking that will get a moron like McCain elected. I love Kucinich's slogan. Courage. Integrity. Vision. That's original. And, Bovine Scatology ! Take Kucinich as a symbolic vote of sanity, he has no chance of winning in his lifetime under the process where money and power wins over anything else. But he will always be there and will always get the few and far votes no matter what, and I'm only glad for his presence. Be careful whom you consider sane solely based on agreement on one issue, Arif. The man is a certifiable fruitcake. Rejected Bush's lies for getting us into the Iraq debacle, rejected the Patriot Act which does more do destroy democracy than terrorists do, believes in renewable energy freeing us from foreign dependency, and believes in establishing a Department of Peace to give equal focus to resolving matters without invoking the eye for an eye cycle of violence and vengeance. Sounds more sane than the imbeciles who currently reside in the White House. |
