I wasn’t aware of this act, but it’s actually a very good news for the students struggling to pay for their college loans. Here’s how it works.

Based on your adjusted gross income this new law now caps student loans. The ‘Income Based Repayment Plan’ will be under effect this July 1st, 2009. And it’s available for major types of federal loans given to students.
