Are you claiming that Soviet Union was a fascist state? You are certainly describing it, but for the record - it was socialist, not fascist.

And that little Stasi reference is likely faulty, although I don't have the actual numbers, but based on what I know about the Soviet Union, the moderator of all these sub-nations - they actually had a KGB guy overseeing 2 buildings (about 800 or so families) and yes, they did cover the entire country of 250,000,000 and 3 of those had a boss, going up the chain all the way to Kremlin.
