I am in agreement that there should be no partial pull out of troops, it would leave the remnant in a dangerous position. Although I do agree that they should all be removed. Terrorism can only be dealt with by a change in the way men think and their regard for human life, or it must be total anielation
of a people and their culture , and that is still terrorism.
