This is the new report that Deloitte came out with about outsourcing services. In the study, it showed that outsourcing provides great benefits to companies, such as cost savings, forward-thinking business, and reaching their goals. However, many companies are not reaping the benefits due to setting their sights way too low.

Definitely a great study to know about because outsourcing can only produce positive results if both the "outsourcer" and "outsourcee" work together and a level of respect.
