This is the second time that recruiters have gone through this this century. The dot com burst & Y2K being finished, rampaged the recruiting industry in '00/'01.

It was amazing how quickly more bad recruiters popped up. Most of these people have no real skills and now they will be out selling themselves as career consultants.

Having worked both sides of the desk, stay away from them and look to others for advice.

After all if they were so good at their job, wouldn't you think they could find themselves a job?
