Its really bothers me that she should be carefree at 23 years of age when she is here illegally, yes many would say that she is a victim. What happened to the 23 yea olds who served overseas to secure our freedom's who struggle daily because to many burden's on the "system" by all of the freeloading?

People who break the law should be afraid of getting caught. So I would say her aprehension is valid.

They are given a student visa in most cases, some schools over look certain things that needs to be in place to have a certain amount of ethnic groups to have a diverse school. That would be due to the fact the government has imposed certain types of regulations rewarding schools with finical backings if that is met.

Its a sorry state of affairs when a normal citizen isn't given the same set of advantages or when schools only allow certain types of people in for the money.
