Oh, about the clip. I have worked with quite a few Woman and I have always noticed that they are always hardworking and eager to learn and always attentive to details and as a rule eager to please and usually willing to go that extra distance to complete the job at hand without complaint. Beside all those wonderful attributes they are much more enjoyable to look at and work with. The quality of their work has always been of the highest caliber from what I personally have encountered.

@Jorjor - My x came after me once with a cast iron skillet once!!!!........If she caught me for sure it would have been a hard hit for sure. She was a feisty one. Absolutely WONDERFUL LADY and I surly deserved a wailing at the time. I got nothing to say but good things about my x. 18 years with me she deserved a medal!
