Joe Baca (D) introduced <A target="_blank" href="http://www.thomas.gov/cgi-bin/query/z?c111:H.R.231:" linkindex="8">H.R. 231</A>, a bill which would require that warning labels be placed on any game rated T (13 and older) or higher by the ESRB.
