Busyness, hard work etc are often conflated with goodness. In actuality they often reflect the corrosive laziness of not being. They reinforce the ideological myth that production and consumption are the meaning of life. Outside the industries that require worker drones, creative laziness is vital. A spell of laziness, in real life (i.e. outside the dreadful myth of being 'productive' as the meaning of life) may help towards the living of a worthwhile life, and paradoxically, when happy, the chores can be done with a skip and a smile. Wu wei.

In America, we call those "causes" the rich and punish them with over taxation and class warfare.
