Elizabeth Edwards called into Chris Matthews' Hardball political talk show on MSNBC last night and politely asked her to stop using such personal attacks against her husband and other individuals she happens to disagree with. All Coulter could come up with is accusing Mrs. Edwards of telling Ann she should no longer write books and not talk at all. Even Chris Matthews jumped in and told Coulter that is not at all what Mrs. Edwards was suggesting. Coulter is a mean-spirited shrew who adds nothing positive to the ongoing political debate and discussion. She is purely a hatemongerer who, sadly, makes a lot of money off a public that pays good money to read her books due to the sensationalism involved. What an indictment about the priorities and values of some of our citizens.
