Might have to try making a batch of this. There's just barely enough time for it to age and be ready for New Year's Eve.

I've never tasted eggnog. The thought of mixing eggs with alcohol.doesn't exactly make me wanna rush to try it either. Culture is such an odd thing. Here we soak spices and raisins and almond slivers in Snaps and then mix it with hot red wine. (Gløgg) Yummy! I suppose that's odd too, but it's what I know. I guess the fun of it and the tradition is all that really matters... AND the alcohol part of iit too, of course. Precious! .
