Another shameful example of incompetence when it comes to treating the less advantaged in the state of Texas. The state hospital system has been reviled for decades, and more and more of them are closing their doors or being retrofitted for other purposes. It is amazing to me that Texas is still nurturing this archaic and inhuman method of warehousing the mentally ill.
