	1.Web Service属于RPC的一种，说它效率不高应该是与其它RPC手段相比而言的吧 Web Service最大的特点是一般情况下采用XML序列化数据进行传输，而XML是文本格式，其效率比特化的二进制肯定要低的。 另外，在数据类型较少的情况下，XML的解析时间可能要多于按约定的读取时间 <BR />2.c/s,你直接就可以连接数据库，但ws，你就要通过ws的机器去访问数据库，有了中间一环，怎么能快的起来。<BR />3.和传输应该没有关系，webservice因为要跨平台，要兼容，中间的机制导致效率低这个和C＋＋比C效率低下的道理差不多<BR />4.在传输效率上稍逊一筹，综合表现还是很不错的。如果系统涉及大量二进制数据传输，webservice就不是很适合了。<BR />5.XML序列化本来就会是数据膨胀. XML的强项在乎数据描述.
