I absolutely love this idea, all via a neat plugin for wordpress or other blog services.... A great way to add new functionality and usability to your website.... and no, I am not getting paid for this, I just happen to find it very useful and better than any of the other comment plugins out there.

Wordpress.com today came up with a twitter like theme for the blog, seems it is somewhat similar to what you have clipped.
