is that the same guy who's in a fight with the government on control over all TV, Is this the same guy who has his hands in just about everything and also a number of people are asking about all his businesses !

Yes that's him alright - Silvio Berlusconi - back on the throne and changing all the laws in favour of himself again..... and of corporate businesses etc... What's more this time round he has actually managed to get away with being tried for corruption and more... umpteen court cases suspended during his office as Elected Prime minister and head of the Gov.... What's more he's bashing up the judges and having a go at scrapping all those "un-necessary" bits of the Constitution....
.... oh yes, as lots of evidence in his cases involved intelligence and taxation bugging material on tape, one of his latest moves was to declare bugging legal only in cases of murder and mafia......Do you wonder ...
