I know everyone says it's ridiculous in this day & age...but the war against HIV-AIDS could begin with...dare I say...abstinence! The homosexual lifestyle, promiscuity and rape/violence against women (particularly in Africa) have fanned the flames of HIV/AIDS and made it the epidemic that it is today.

A cure is great; prevention is better.
