Read on... 2 months after I bought the VTrendy, the battery charging system displayed errors, my phone began to hang indefinitely and my display screen stopped working completely. I couldn't see anything except a dark blue glow on my screen. I couldn't read messages or see who had called me. Although the phone is under a 1 year warranty, I've gone to 4 locations, 2 of them listed by Virgin mobile as authorized service centres, and they told me that THEY DON'T ACCEPT THESE PHONES ANYMORE. Moreover, I had to use it with handsfree because of the heat and radiation it produced, which often gave me a splitting headache and made me feel nauseous. I wouldn't recommend this phone to anyone.
