Now I find that a little sad. But hey, I guess it's harmless enough.

Actually, they are now using these in videos, TV and movies as stunt doubles. They look VERY convincing as bodies falling off roofs and such. I can actually see the appeal of using one as a model for drawings, photos, etc. They can be posed however you want them, and they don't fidget or fall asleep. But I don't know about feeling like someone is with you. And they are a bit pricey...
