It was the third incident in Christchurch this afternoon. The first was in the High Street Arcade and the other at Carlton Mill corner.</P><P>
It was reported police are also investigating a fourth device found in the city. </P><P> Specialist Search Groups and a bomb dog are working to clear the Bus Exchange before it can be reopened.</P><P>
At least 500 people were told to leave the building after the explosion at 3.15pm.</P><P>
