(incl. barbecue aansteken)</DIV> <BR /><DIV> <STRONG>Moeilijkheidsgraad: </STRONG>(1-3): 2 </DIV> <STRONG>Bereidingswijze:</STRONG><BR /><DIV> Rooster de paprika’s onder de hete grill in ca. 15 minuten zwart. Verpak ze in een plastic zak. Laat 10 minuten liggen. Ontvel de paprika’s. Probeer het vocht op te vangen. Verwijder de zaadjes. Snijd de paprika’s in stukjes. Schep paprika, het vocht, ui, knoflook, koriander en eventueel Spaanse peper door elkaar. Zet tot gebruik in de koelkast. Steek de barbecue aan en wacht tot de kooltjes rood-grijs gloeien. Bestrijk het rooster en het vlees met olie. Rooster het vlees 7 à 9 minuten per kant. Bestrooi met grof zout en peper.
