<B>Sinfa, Taiwan, August 13, 2009--</B>In the aftermath of Typhoon Morakot, a Taiwanese soldier helps rescue villagers via an emergency cable strung where a 20-story-high bridge used to be. The bridge was done in by the same flash floods that took the lives of at least 32 Sinfa residents.
