Despite the calls for improved military absentee voting procedures by the people affected most, not a single Democrat crossed the aisle to co-sponsor a bill introduced by Rep. Roy Blunt that would have created a clearer path to having absentee military ballots counted in the 2008 election and beyond.

Democrats, led by Speaker Pelosi, ultimately killed efforts to improve GI suffrage instead of working to extend the most basic democratic right to the men and women serving our country overseas. America is not fooled by Pelosi's empty words.

It's not 'groups' opinions that are fact, but the actual voting records on bills put forth to congress that do. Care to show the official count from the house floor? Voting records of all our senators are made public and verifiable.

Pelosi is nothing more than a tool for moveon.org. Military votes are overwhelmingly conservative because they have learned discipline, self preservation and survival skills. They don't need or want a nanny-state to make them dependent and weak like masbury. The Democrat party survives on weakness and ignorance...independence and self sufficiency are their enemies.

I'm just glad Iraq was stopped from invading all of the Middle East, then Europe, I mean they were an unstoppable force.

Clearly our freedom was at stake here.
