</P><P>THE Rural City of Wangaratta is already looking at how it will handle any future application to open a brothel in the city.</p> <P>The issue was raised at last week’s council meeting by Byawatha resident, Monica Jensz, who was in the public gallery to listen to the council debate over the adult sex bookshop issue.</p> <P>She said she was gladdened to hear councillors express moral opposition to the bookshop, but wondered how they would handle any future application for a brothel.</p> <P>"<B>It has already happened in places like Shepparton and Albury.
