It's fake. It's a mock somebody made year ago when the wii-mote was wii-realveled.

Wouldn't that be wiivealed?

I don't know if it's real or not, but it's definitely clever.

I finally got some time to try Zelda for the Wii on christmas day. It's amazing - I'm a huge Zelda fan, but this is truly a great mix of third-person action game and RPG.
