Their joint motion indicates a concerted effort to avoid the truth by attempting to delay the judicial process, although legal, by not resolving the issue presented: that is, whether Barack Obama meets the qualifications to be President.

Obama cannot produce a certified copy of his “Vault” [original long version] Birth Certificate from Hawaii because it does not exist.

Ho-hum.
Meanwhile, the economy goes to hell and John McCain has nothing to say.

But, Masbury, why doesn't he just produce these documents. I am not one to believe in conspiracies but it seems to me if he just produced the stuff this would go away.

As for McCain and the economy, I beleive both he and Barack were wrong to vote for the bailout. At least McCain doesn't want to make matters worse by raising taxes (and it doesn't matter who's taxes are raised, increasing the tax burden is always bad for the economy. Barack acknowledged this in his interview with O'Reilly.) and by spending another trillion dollars on entitlements.

Oh, ye gods, Factcheck.org has had the full legal document out there, certificate # and all, for months now. Obama's had it on his site for months.

Mr Berg has a history of such frivolous lawsuits. How about coming up with something that would really catch my attention, like if McCain had a better economic plan than Obama?

Does anyone honestly think that if Obama was not a natural-born citizen, it would have taken all this time to figure out? Like the Bush administration hasn't combed every inch of Obama's history with a fine-tooth, but somehow just happened to miss this little important detail?

Perhaps Pelosi's plan to rocket herself to the presidency is why the DNC hasn't responded. I think she doesn't want it revealed until after the election because, if Obama isn't a legitimate candidate, Biden can't be a legitimate vice-president, either. That makes the Speaker of the House the president, right?

That would be a Constitutional crisis, b/c the entire DNC
is complicit in this nightmare. They should launch an FBI investigation, convene a grand jury and indict those who are responsible for the conspiracy starting with Howard Dean, Pelosi, Reid, et.al.
