My favourite part: "The bottom line: in this strange new world of multimedia academia, I’m competing for my students’ attention - and I haven’t even mentioned the distractions of texting on cellphones. I read this and I thought it took courage on the part of the instructor to describe in detail the struggle he/she has to connect with their students.
