The prevailing inter-monsoonal weather conditions have been exacerbated by an inter-tropical convergence zone that has formed over the country.
The inter-tropical convergence zone is the result of winds from the southern and northern hemispheres colliding. The UNUSUAL weather was characterised by UNUSUAL cloud formations.
