This morning BBC asked Ambassador of Pakistan in UK:

Is Zadari fit to rule Pakistan as he filed medical reports a while back that he is suffering from dementia?

The Ambassador bluffed saying Zardari was in jail for 11 years and was tortured and now he may have recovered.
