hugs are awesome...few things are better, unfortunatly.....i get very few, coz i used to be very very shy, so now everyone has this misconception that i dislike contact with other people.... also, i seem to get overlooked, even in a youth/church environment, where hugs seem to go all over the place, except in my direction

Here's the second: Start giving hugs. You pretty much can't give a hug without getting one back. You have to be careful though because once you start, remember that what you give out, will come back threefold. .
