Hmmm....they thought they were going to hear a discussion about medical issues??? Are there anymore like this man at Walter Reed? Was he *that* good of a psychiatrist that he couldn't have been let go for this?

We hear a lot about the plots that are uncovered through investigations. This is one that slipped through the cracks.

They always say they "saw the signs" after the killings! Why can't they START to take notice of these signs and stop the rampages!!
