Combine remaining 2 Tbsp. butter, bread crumbs and pepper in a small bowl; mix well.<BR />Spread potato mixture into prepared baking dish; sprinkle crumb mixture over top (I found the crumbs to be wet from the butter, so I sort of spread them across the top of the potatoes-it worked fine).<BR /><DIV>Bake @ 350 degrees for 45 minutes until golden brown around the edges.
