When the leaders of the country no longer follow the laws how can the rest of the citizens in that country be expected to abide by the laws.

It is a far far worse crime for those in authority to break the law they are charged with upholding. Once the leaders break the laws, that are no laws because those charged with upholding the law are no longer doing so.

Bush must be held accountable for his domestic and international crimes or rule of law and trust can never be restored.
