Sometimes I couldn't get my books to balance. I went to bed got a good nights sleep, got up in the morning straight to my books and went straight to where the mistake was. Worked every time. 2 simple things gleaned from todays clips: lotsa sleep and daily sun....sounds good to me 60 Minutes just did a great segment on this. They are researching now about the nature of sleep and specifically the deep sleep needed where you get into the delta wave patterns. They've found that lack of sleep can cause all sorts of issues including raised blood sugar leading to diabetes. Fascinating.
