Spin, spin, spin!
Obama is lamenting the inability of the courts to achieve his ultimate goals in as effective and manipulative way as he would like them to be able to do.
With the presidency, he will be able to choose judges for the upcoming vacancies who WILL be inclined to alter the constitution. Are you covering for this agenda, and would you welcome such changes? Or do you truly, honestly just not see it; do you not think the accusations are anywhere near what his goals are?
Would you favor these changes but want to join in the p.r. to keep them hush-hush?
Are you against such changes and think Obama is completely misunderstood, or this is all campaign propaganda against him?

What is he offering?
Drastic cuts? No roads? Cut defense? No more public education? or his Mentor Bush's plan run up the deficit?

The assassins come from Tennessee and Arkensas. Why am I not surprised; that's wing-nut central for North America. Stupidity + Ignorance + Guns = The worst threat to America in all the world.

And how the hell is a plot to assassinate an American citizen "spin"? Especially since McCain and Palin have been publicly inciting people to violence against Obama for weeks now. The only support McCain's got left is the lunatic fringe, and he's irresponsibly whipping them up into a frenzy, probably because he thinks that someone killing Obama is his best chance to win, since people will probably be reluctant to vote in Biden as president.
