A country where indigenous have been exploited for years is more likely to take extreme measures to bring the natives into the market and allow them to be treated as human beings instead of just left to starve and subsist and THAT is why Evo is so popular amongst them. There is nothing wrong with having a constitution either, IF it is respected that is!!!

That has been the pattern in not two but in fact three continents: North America, South America and Australia. That is what I meant. Bolivia happens to be one of the first places where this is being reversed, but not without cost as the neo-nazi criollos are spreading terror in the autonomous regions.
