I heard people saying that "dumbing down" means "accessibility".
I guess "piped music" could then mean "freedom of speech", and the same could be said of leafleting.

I still wonder where's the limit that would allow us to distinguish information, comunication, creativity and opinion sharing from noise, enviromental and mind pollution.

I love infographics. Some could be saying that's dumbing down information, I guess.
