For example, the recent summary by Fred Singer and 22 expert contributors to “Nature, Not Human Activity, Rules the Climate” makes some extraordinary statements about computer models. (In addition to the many excellent contributors, this summary also contains 167 references to the scientific literature).

This is important since computer models are being improperly, yet extensively, used by state legislatures as the basis of policies for greenhouse gas mitigation, rather than using actual climate data taken from the real world. These statements include:

Computer models do not consider variations of irradiance and magnetic fields of the sun

Computer models do not accurately model the role of clouds

Computer models do not simulate a possible negative feedback from water vapor

Computer models do not explain many features of the Earth’s observed climate.

Computer models cannot produce reliable predictions of regional climate change.

But as P.J. O’Rourke noted, there are a lot of people who would do anything to “save the planet”, except take a science course.
Love it.

So correct.

There has always been those that claim "the world is about to end". We are still here.

Thanks God we are still here. What a great achievement! But it's not enough for me. I want to feel comfortable, and I want to have snow in a winter time. Don't you remember what winter used to be 10-15 years ago? Don't trust alarmists, trust your own feelings, and common sense. Climate definitely changed all over the world thanks to the biggest polluter.

Climate always changes. Man has little if anything to do with it.
You make it sound as though a .7 degree increase over the last century is the reason it hasn't snowed in your area recently. In Asia and South America they have recently had some of the most cold and brutal winters of this century. The South pole has record ice cover. The globe has been cooling for the last 15 years.

CO2 follows warming, it does not drive warming.

"CO2 follows warming, it does not drive warming."

So I guess all that CO2 we put into the atmosphere since the industrial revolution is BECAUSE of warming not any contribution towards it? You can't let it go, huh Willie, but you keep loading the facts backwards.

The oceans release CO2 and reduce absorption of CO2 during warming trend.

Here is a study and chart. PDF in comments. To support science behind this fact.

If you look closely at all the charts showing warming and CO2, you will see that the CO2 increase follows the warming increase.

So you want to reduce CO2 emissions and feed the starving in Africa? Kill off several dozen species of animals for food. They won't be expelling any more CO2 and farting up a storm. Or you could just let the starving in Africa die and there will be less people expelling CO2...

Seriously folks. Global Warming is caused by solar emissions and is a regularly reproducing cycle documented back millenia. Nothing we do is gonna interrupt that. It is the earth maintaining its balance against the effects of the sun.

For those who want their snow back, just remember that in the middle ages, they were growing citrus fruit in Massachusetts...

Just what is the perfect mean temperature for t...
