I tend to buy mostly organic anyway but I also grew up on a farm and I know that the growth hormone is present in all cows whether they are treated or not. It doesn't make me feel any better but I believe that you cant distinguish milk from a cow that has been treated and one that hasn't.

i don't understand how this is not mandatory for all supermarkets. Unbelievable.
