The Dynamic link library isqlt09a.dll could not be found in the specified path c:\apache\php</DIV>

I have installed easy php404.EXE, it should support Informix,there is<BR /><DIV nd="3">
library php_ifx.dll, but it needs isqlt09a.dll ????</DIV>

Is isqlt09a.dll  part of PowerBuilder? I tried to <A class="iAs" href="%23" target="_blank" itxtdid="2871180">download</A> PowerBuilder 8.0 but It was not there, may be because I have not <A class="iAs" href="%23" target="_blank" itxtdid="2638331">downloaded</A> all<BR /><DIV>
zip packages. </DIV>
