We the "aging workforce", who yet have dreams to dream and life to live are insulted. There are voices screaming that we are to be ignored, demeaned, and discarded having suddenly become too grey, too fat, too slow and too ugly. It feels we are trapped in a bad remake of "Logan's Run".
