I don't exactly hate it, but I totally don't get it.

First, what does Borat have to do with Halloween?
Second, what does Borat have to do with Clipmarks?

Have the big wigs at Big Clip struck some kind of deal with Borat Inc? Was a case of fermented horse urine involved?

Has Borat become a major investor in Clipmarks?

I'm bewildered.
