Seems Alabama will be the butt of jokes for a long time. It's not funny to those of us who live here. I'm a transplant like many people in the South. There are lovely folks here.

Ever heard of Southern hospitality? It's so true. Most of the people here would give you the shirt off their back, their last $20, or give you a place to stay while you are looking for a home. I love the Southern people. They are a breath of fresh air.
