This of course proves that being silent is no proof of wisdom either. But that America is dominated by talk shows, chat rooms, all kinds of opinion media, and everyone boisterously speaking at the same time and off the cuff, then, is very telling. Have you noticed also how people speak louder, not just more, the less they know?

There is a time for the more knowledgeable and thoughtful to speak....if they can get a word in the fray.
To keep silent in times of important controversy is a crime.

It seems that too many are not keeping quiet, that should, while those who should be speaking are keeping quiet.
