I read the article and I would say that -from my point of view- is mostly right. I'm not sure about 9 though.

From my point of view -- as a female -- I will say that #8 contradicts every item prior to it on the list. Maybe it's just the way I'm reading it, but I'm not the kind of chick who will defer what I want to the whims of a guy... unless, of course, he did the same for me.
