政大附近的店面，每坪行情高達八十萬元，其中以靠近校門口一帶的指南路生活機能最優，至於區域內一般的店面平均行情每坪在三十五至六十萬元左右。
大學城店面與區域平均行情的倍差，則由淡江大學拔得頭籌，大學旁店面整整高出該區域行情的二．三三倍。
台中的逢甲大學則以一個店面總價二千五百萬元至三千萬元，奪得店面總價別的第一名。
