mrobert says: Article on 'Blogging Innovation' by Mathew May well worth a read in this busy lifestyle we live. As an artist, I have known for years that the times when it looks like I am doing nothing are the times when the most important work takes place.... but it has been really difficult to convince anyone else! Now there seems to be evidence to back that up. So you're saying nothing can produce something? As a writer I find I have reoccuring thoughts when I'm writing. I have the same reoccuring thoughts about things that have nothing to do with what I'm writing. The only time I have these thoughts about these things is when I'm writing. Theres one now! Strange! I like the way your mind works googleit .. lol Yes, nothing can produce something just as something often produces nothing.... by george i think we're right! i mean you're right. I just agree with you. No - you're right - I'm agreeing with you Have you checked out any of Rob Bryanton's stuff on Imagining the Tenth Dimension. His latest vlog is here. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fz2Lx4DLNUQ I recently did a series of illustrations for another book he has written. Really stretched my brain to complete them. Thanks for the link to wimp - I hadn't come across that one before. He's kinda creepy but I agree that some dreams are connected to reality. I lost (misplaced) my car keys once. I knew I didn't lose them. I knew I had placed them somewhere and just forgot where. After a couple of weeks I decided I would dream where they were. I thought of nothing but my keys as I was falling asleep. I found myself hovering over a friends car. The roof was gone and I could see my keys. I awoke from the dream, called my friend at 3am, pleaded with him to go to his car and look in the side pouch in the passengers side back seat and they were there. I was SO EXCITED! He didn't really give a crap. |
