O'Fallon is now trying to pass a city ordinance (a misdemeanor) so they can prosecute this kind of thing.

Read the story and it broke my heart. It's just incredible how mean ppl can be.

This nasty and she should go to jail sometimes parents take things to far and she shouldn't be given any mercy! Plus what she did was harass a minor with hate mail, in indirectly killed her and so therefore must go to jail.

Not only did Lori Drew, get off scot-free, this article says "they are involved in a pending criminal case against Ron Meier (Megan's father) after he allegedly caused about $1,000 damage to their lawn by driving a truck across it in the weeks after Megan's death."
